IN•JECT POLICIES
Appointment & Cancellation Policy
At InJect, your time and care are our top priorities. We have several services requiring a deposit.
The notice period for Rescheduling or Cancellation: We require a minimum of 24 hours’ notice to reschedule or cancel an appointment. This ensures that our providers’ time is respected and allows us an opportunity to fill the vacated slot.
Deposit Fee:
To reserve the following services, a deposit is required and will be applied toward your scheduled service: Fraxel laser, Clear and Brilliant laser, PRP, and Sclerotherapy.
This deposit ensures that dedicated time is set aside exclusively for you and your treatment experience. If you need to cancel, your deposit will remain as a credit toward the same service for up to six months. After that period, the credit will expire, and the deposit will be forfeited.
Cancellation Fees
A cancellation fee will apply if appointments are canceled with less than 24 hours’ notice.
Flat Fee: Cost of the scheduled service.
No-Show Policy
Clients who do not show up for their appointment without prior notice will be charged equal to the cost of the service scheduled. If neurotoxin, previous cost of service will be used.
Other Considerations
Late Arrivals:
Arriving late may result in a shortened service time or the need to reschedule. However, the full cost of the originally scheduled service will still apply.
No Refunds for Services Rendered:
All services, including treatments, packages, and promotional offers, are non-refundable once rendered.
Exceptions & Special Circumstances
We strive to be flexible and accommodating. The following exceptions may apply:
1. Unused Portions of Packages:
If you prepaid for a package but are unable to use all sessions, we may offer store credit or allow transfer to another service or person.
2. Defective Products:
If a product is defective (e.g., a broken pump), you may be eligible for an exchange of the same product.
3. Adverse Reactions:
In cases of a documented adverse reaction to a product, we may offer in-clinic credit upon return.
Communication & Response Time
We aim to return calls within 48 business hours.
Please note: We are typically closed Friday through Sunday.
Response times may vary depending on:
Urgency: Urgent or medically-related concerns will be prioritized.
Staff Availability: Delays may occur if relevant staff are unavailable due to leave or
patient care.
